Raw Material QC:We adopt high-purity virgin PS resin (GPPS/HIPS) as the base material, strictly inspecting raw material purity, rigidity and toughness to avoid impurities that affect anti-static performance. The anti-static agents used are non-toxic, environmentally friendly and compatible with PS materials, with strict detection of their content and uniformity to ensure long-lasting anti-static effect.
Production Process QC During the extrusion and calendering process of Anti-static PS sheet, we conduct real-time online monitoring of key parameters: thickness uniformity, surface flatness and anti-static agent dispersion. We strictly control the production temperature and speed to ensure the anti-static PS sheet has a smooth surface without bubbles, scratches or impurities, and the anti-static performance is evenly distributed on the entire sheet.
Anti-static Performance Detection This is the core of our QC process. Every batch of Anti-static PS sheet is sampled to test surface resistivity and electrostatic decay time, ensuring it meets the standard anti-static range (10⁶-10¹¹ Ω/sq). We also simulate actual application scenarios to test the durability of anti-static performance, ensuring it does not fade or fail during storage and processing.
Mechanical & Appearance QC We inspect the mechanical properties of the anti-static PS sheet, including impact resistance, rigidity and folding resistance, to ensure it is not easy to crack or deform during cutting, vacuum forming and packaging. Meanwhile, we conduct strict appearance inspections to eliminate defective products with uneven color, surface blemishes or dimensional deviations.
