Focusing on customers' core concern about PS sheet brittleness, we strictly select high-quality high-impact virgin HIPS/GPPS raw materials instead of ordinary brittle-grade resin. All incoming raw materials are tested for impact strength, ductility and bending resistance before feeding. We eliminate low-toughness raw materials at the source, effectively improving the natural brittleness defect of traditional PS sheets and laying a stable foundation for anti-cracking performance.

2. Optimized Extrusion Process to Avoid Internal Stress Brittle Cracking

Unstable extrusion temperature and unbalanced calendering pressure are the main causes of PS sheet brittleness. We adopt closed-loop constant-temperature extrusion and multi-roller balanced calendering technology to ensure uniform molecular distribution and stable internal structure.
