RPET – While all clear PET film is fully recyclable, however Clear RPET film has the extra benefit of being made with recyclable material. Up to 80% of the Clear RPET Film contains raw materials of recycled PET reducing the polymer and oil raw material used to manufacture.

The extra benefit to using clear RPET film is that not only is it predominately made from recycled material but it uses less energy to make an RPET film than it does to make a virgin PET film

Offers a high level of rigidity and an excellent barrier performance. It's high clarity enhances the presentation of the product. It is a material known for its robustness and its resistance to shocks with a good resistance to internal pressure and stress-cracking. It also has good barrier properties regarding gas, UV and water and forms a highly effective barrier against oxygen, water, carbon dioxide and nitrogen.

We first control Clear RPET Film quality from the supply chain system. We have established a complete supplier management system and only purchase RPET raw materials from large Chinese chemical companies.

Each new supplier should provide these three charts SBM (supply chain management), supplier basic information chart, supplier quality agreement and supplier coverage report.

Our quality team conducts on-site audits for each new supplier and annual audits for all suppliers in December every year.

How do we test RPET raw materials?

IQC sampling is carried out according to TH2005 raw material acceptance standards.

Require raw material suppliers to keep the same batch number, production date

The outer packaging is required to be intact, non-polluting and non-damaged

Ensure the appearance color of each batch

Secondary sampling during production, such as light transmittance, tensile strength​

Our QA Team Introduction ,23years Management Experience,IQC and IPQC team 8 people at e-Conn more than 3 years.QC QA 13 years quality control experience and All QC team 5 years quality control experience at e-Conn in average.

QC staff will inspect the quality with the production in whole day,other small factory will have not QC department ,only one production leader to check the quality for clear RPET film.

QC department holds monthly quality analysis meeting together with production leader QC staff and QC inspector.
