GAG rigid sheet is a three-layer co-extruded composite material with APET rigid core sandwiched between two PETG outer layers under precise proportional extrusion. It perfectly combines the high rigidity of APET and the outstanding thermoforming & bonding performance of PETG, solving the defect that single-layer APET cracks during deep drawing and pure PETG lacks structural stiffness.
Our GAG sheet is specially developed for high-end packaging requiring high-frequency heat sealing and glue adhesion. Adopting advanced twin-screw co-extrusion technology, the sheet delivers uniform thickness, ultra-high clarity and stable processing performance, suitable for vacuum thermoforming, die-cutting, offset printing and cold folding production.
