Ordering process
1. The R & D center shall calculate the unit price by providing the variety, quality,
color, silk number, stretching, order quantity and other demand parameters for customers
and marketing personnel;
2. The production and processing center and customer service department provide sample
proofing and sample mailing services according to customers' needs, and customers test the
samples on the computer;
3. Marketing personnel follow up the test results, determine the delivery cycle, scrap
recycling and other matters with customers, sign the purchase contract, and the production
technology center arranges the production;
4. After the production of the products, according to the contract, the logistics
department shall provide special vehicle lines and product distribution services, and
inform the customers of relevant logistics delivery information in advance before delivery;
5. Customers sign for products, and the leftover materials are recycled by the logistics
department;
6. After sales service center provides tracking service for customers.
