Our PP Rigid Sheet Roll is extruded from virgin polypropylene via advanced extrusion and calendering technology, delivering consistent thickness, smooth clean surface and stable mechanical properties. 1. Optimized Anti-Brittleness PP Raw Material Formula

Focusing on customers' main concern about brittle edges after vacuum forming, we adopt high-toughness natural virgin PP formula with improved molecular ductility. Different from ordinary general-grade PP, our customized formulation effectively enhances edge tensile and bending resistance. It fundamentally solves the common industry defect of hard brittle edges, cracking and chipping after thermoforming, trimming and die-cutting.

2. Precise Extrusion & Calendering Process Control
