QC staff will inspect the quality for PP transparent clear film with the production in whole day,other small factory will have not QC department ,only one production leader to check the quality
QC department holds monthly quality analysis meeting together with production leader QC staff and QC inspector.

Order Process
1) Production formulates the formula in the system. Once the formula is determined, the sample or trial order is qualified, the formula is not allowed to be changed; other factories sometimes keep the price unchanged for 1-2 months. When the raw material price changes and the company's production cost remains the same, small factories can only adjust the formula, resulting in unstable batch quality
2) Quality assurance conducts order review, and conducts pre-production meetings for customer quality requirements, quality feedback from the previous batch of goods, and areas that need to be followed up for this order
3) Finance calculates the profit of the order
4) The production department conducts production planning and arranges delivery dates
5)Normal for 20ft container 20tons delivery time within 15 days .
After-sales Management System

Before shipment we provide customer shipping documents and ETD &ETA
Call or mail contact customer when goods arrived in dock
Confirm with customer production plan and tracking the production status.
Tracking with customer the goods packing and goods quality
When we receive complaint from our customer ,our Complaints Handling
Receiving complaints from customer,Fill in the quality feedback form,Submit to QC department,Quality analysis meeting with production department,Take containment action and corrective action.
