What is Co-extruded high barrier PP/EVOH/PE film?

Co-extruded high barrier PP/EVOH/PE film is designed for the food packaging, our PP/EVOH/PE are laminated with
a high barrier film of ethylene vinyl alcohol which is very effective at excluding air and protecting the flavour of the food, extending its shelf-life and quality.
Co-extruded high barrier PP/EVOH/PP film are ideal for Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) applications and
particularly for raw meat, cheese, ready meals and cooked foods.
PP/EVOH/PP film has the characteristics of no pollution, high barrier, strong function and high strength, and has extremely strong puncture resistance,which can greatly extend the shelf life of the products and maintain the original unique flavor of the food.

We have 3 Co-extruded high barrier PP/EVOH/PP film production equipment ,so we will produce virgin ,color ,recycle on different equipment ,to make sure the stable quality ,other factory only have 1 production equipment ,so they have to produce all of quality in one machine ,so hard to control the quality.

We have PVC film ,PET film,HIPS film ,PP film ,Polycarbonate film ,5 types production equipment ,so can save the time for find supplier and save the cost for transit shipment.

Core :3" (76mm)or 6"(152mm) ,we have paper core and plastic core as customer request .The thickness of core 5mm ,8mm,10mm according to roll weight.

Inner PE strech film or PE bag ,

Outside use kraft paper with bubble band.

Then packed in carton box or put on pallet fixed with a strap.

After use PE shrink film to fix the cargos.

In final use composit board on the pallet.
