It is made of a three-layer structure composite and has excellent mechanical properties, gas/water vapor barrier properties, and heat sealing properties. Outer layer: PVC layer
Provide good stiffness, printing adaptability, and dimensional stability, with good formability, suitable for packaging forms such as bubble caps and body patches, and a smooth and scratch resistant surface.
Intermediate layer: PE heat sealing layer
Provide excellent heat sealing performance, high sealing strength, good sealing performance, non-toxic and odorless, strong chemical stability, good compatibility with contents, suitable for low/medium temperature heat sealing.
Inner layer: PVDC barrier layer
The core functional layer has strong resistance to oxygen, moisture, fragrance, and permeability, which can effectively isolate air, water vapor, and odors, greatly extending the shelf life of the contents.

Packaging Specifications

Core Options: 3" (76mm) or 6" (152mm) cores available in paper or plastic, according to customer requirements.

Inner Protection: Each roll is wrapped with PE stretch film or sealed in a PE bag.

Outer Protection: Covered with kraft paper and bubble band for added cushioning.

Packaging Methods:
• Packed in carton boxes
• Secured on pallets with strapping, then wrapped with PE shrink film for stability

Pallet Finish: Composite board placed on top of the pallet for added protection during transit.
