Punching density and size: The density and size of the holes need to be moderate, not too dense or too wide. Too dense holes will cause packaging cracks, while too wide holes will make the packaging uneven. It is usually more appropriate to keep the hole spacing at about 3CM.
Deflation treatment: During the folding process, the POF heat shrink film will expand, so deflation treatment is required. Punching is to allow the film to exhaust smoothly during the heat shrinking process, prevent the film from cracking, and ensure that the packaging effect is complete and beautiful.
Air pressure adjustment: During the hot film process, the air supply pressure should not be too high. If the air pressure exceeds 20PA, the film is easy to shift, causing the sealing and cutting knife to be unable to align the position, affecting the packaging effect.
Temperature control: Select a suitable film and temperature for heat shrinking. High temperature is not suitable for film packaging, and low temperature is not suitable for thick film heat shrinking.
