Our vacuum forming PS rigid roll is produced using a precision extrusion process that ensures uniform thickness and stable material properties throughout the roll. With a density of approximately 1.05 g/cm³ and a heat distortion temperature of 80–100°C, the material is optimized for consistent heating and forming behavior. This allows smooth shaping during vacuum forming processes, ensuring accurate mold reproduction and stable product dimensions.

The sheet features a clean and smooth surface, which enhances the appearance of finished thermoformed products and supports efficient downstream processing such as cutting, stacking, and packaging.

Core :3" (76mm)or 6"(152mm) ,we have paper core and plastic core as customer request .
Inner PE strech film or PE bag ,
Outside use kraft paper with bubble band.
Then packed in carton box or put on pallet fixed with a strap.
After use PE shrink film to fix the cargos.
In final use composit board on the pallet .
We have Pallet Packing and Floating Packing.
