1. High-Gloss Polyester Film

This transparent Polyester film, in addition to possessing the excellent physical and mechanical properties of ordinary polyester film, also exhibits excellent optical properties, such as high transparency, low haze, and high gloss. It is primarily used in high-end vacuum metallized products. After metallization, the film has a mirror-like finish, providing excellent packaging and decorative effects; it can also be used as a base film for laser anti-counterfeiting.

2. Polyester Transfer Film

Transfer film, also known as heat transfer film, is characterized by high tensile strength, good thermal stability, low thermal shrinkage, a smooth and clean surface, good peelability, and reusability. It is mainly used as a carrier for vacuum metallization.

3. Polyester Reflective Film

PET reflective film is characterized by excellent optical properties, a smooth and clean surface, good thermal stability, low shrinkage, and resistance to light aging. PET reflective film is used in reflective applications such as billboards, traffic reflective signs (reflective road signs, reflective guardrails, reflective license plates), reflective police uniforms, and industrial safety signs.

4. Polyester Heat-Sealing Film

Ordinary polyester heat sealing film is a crystalline polymer. Heat sealing it will cause shrinkage and deformation, therefore ordinary Bopet film does not possess heat-sealing properties. To solve this problem, by modifying the PET resin and using a three-layer co-extrusion die (A/B/C layer), a three-layer co-extruded heat-sealing PET film has been developed. This type of heat-sealing Bopet film has one heat-sealing layer, allowing for direct heat sealing, making it very convenient to use. Heat-sealing Bopet film can be widely used in packaging various commodities and in card protection films.

Excellent Mechanical and Dimensional Stability: The biaxial stretching process results in a more uniform molecular arrangement, giving the film high tear resistance, impact strength, and rigidity in both the longitudinal and transverse directions. Its excellent dimensional stability effectively reduces the risk of deformation during use.

Wide Temperature Range and Chemical Resistance: Biaxially oriented polyester film exhibits outstanding cold and heat resistance, with a working temperature range of -70℃ to 150℃, and minimal degradation of mechanical properties over long-term use. It is also resistant to oils, most solvents, and weak acids and alkalis, but should be kept away from concentrated acid and alkali environments.

Excellent Barrier Properties and Wrinkle Resistance: Its dense molecular structure effectively blocks oxygen, moisture, and odors, offering superior barrier properties compared to most general-purpose films, helping to extend the shelf life of packaged contents. Its high surface smoothness and strong wrinkle resistance make it suitable for high-precision printing and other applications.

Excellent optical and surface properties: Clear Polyester film with Light transmittance can reach over 90%, haze is low (typically <3%), and gloss is high (>85%), ensuring visual clarity; after corona treatment, the wet tension can reach over 50 mN/m, and the coefficient of friction is controllable (approximately 0.4~0.6), which is beneficial for printing and metallization.
