Our PVC/PVDC rigid blister film is manufactured by precision PVDC coating process on rigid PVC base substrate. The composite structure combines the thermoforming advantage of rigid PVC and the ultra-high barrier property of PVDC coating. The film maintains high transparency, fewer bubbles and streaks, and stable forming performance on high-speed blister machines. It can realize tight heat sealing matched with pharmaceutical PTP blister foil, effectively protecting oral solid medicines from moisture and oxidation.
