Raw Material Preparation

The process begins with feeding PET polyester chips and selected color masterbatch into a high-speed mixer. The materials are thoroughly blended to ensure uniform dispersion of color, after which the mixture enters a controlled crystallization stage to prepare it for further drying and processing.

High Temperature And Dry Conditions
Next, the crystallized material enters a critical drying phase. It is conveyed to a high-temperature dehumidifying dryer where residual moisture is removed under precisely controlled conditions. This step is essential to prevent hydrolysis during melting and to ensure optimal viscosity for the subsequent extrusion process.
Extrusion Molding

The dried material is then fed into a twin-screw extruder. Under precisely controlled temperature zones, it is progressively melted, compressed, and homogenized into a uniform polymer melt, which is then forced through a flat die to form a continuous sheet of molten PET.

Cooling
The molten sheet is then immediately quenched. It is cast onto a large, temperature-controlled chill roll, where rapid solidification occurs. This fast cooling "freezes" the amorphous structure of the polymer, setting the film's initial dimensions and ensuring optical clarity.
Trimming
After cooling, the film is wound into large master rolls according to specified winding tension and width requirements.During this process, integrated online inspection systems continuously monitor key parameters such as thickness and surface defects
